Remind-Me tracks and reminds you of important events before they occur. It displays holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and scheduled events on an attractive traditional calendar. Remind-Me can alert you when your computer starts up, or at any specified time. Remind-Me has built-in support for sending e-mail when an event occurs. E-mail can be sent automatically, or you can compose it yourself.

Very easy to use. A variety of reminders are available including visual, audio, and email. Small memory and CPU footprint. Syncs with Google calendar and then smart phones and tablets from there.

David Edwards. Program is fine, you can easily switch it off or on by setting up a shortcut. However, all is not what it seems... Pros: I bought it on the understanding that if I change phone I will be sent the relevant code at least to cover a replacement handset; however, several... Cons: ...emails to the publisher complete with paypal receipt have been ignored. So I'm resorting to spreading this message on the main forums out of principle.
